Feeling Great at Work
Feeling great at work depends on self-leadership, and viewing the day's challenges and contrasts from a solution-based, growth mindset. It means making choices that that are in our highest, best interest over time.

It means making the most of our work relationships—even the difficult ones. It means respecting and appreciating the diversity of opinion, skill, and communication styles in the people around us.

It means engaging in our work with a meaningful purpose in mind.

We'll cover all of this and more in this two-day workshop.
9AM-4PM, two successive Tuesdays
This course includes key Success Waypoint concepts common to other courses, including The Inspiration Engine, and Life Alignment, but focused within the context of the course topics.

Emotional Intelligence Matters

From my coaching, I find the real glass ceiling for my clients is the lack of key emotional intelligence (Ei) practices that will allow them to forge and strengthen the relationships that are in their best interest over time.

With few exceptions, prioritizing knowledge and talent over relationship savvy will only get you so far. Those who cultivate emotional intelligence and social skill are the ones most likely to "break through" to achieving the goals that have thus far eluded them.

Emotional Intelligence Matters will begin by providing an overview of the successful models of Ei, but move beyond mere knowledge to experiential exercises that enhance self-awareness and support an overall emotional strategy.

Starting with techniques to change your relationship with yourself, you'll change your relationship with everyone and everything else... for the better.

Developing Emotional Intelligence

This course turns our conventional view of emotions in the workplace on it's head. Learn how to make allies of your emotions, and even those of others, and develop an "internal compass" that helps guide better decision-making.

The 2-day workshop expands on concepts from half-day Emotional Intelligence Matters and Internal Emotional Intelligence Workshops.

Internal Emotional Intelligence
This talk will include key tenets from Emotional Intelligence Matters above, and will then focus on the practical application of Internal Emotional Intelligence.

The latter is a term I use to describe a clear understanding of the purpose and use of our emotions (probably not what you think), what our true motivation is, what a growth mindset means for us—and how to use all to this towards achieving greater personal progress, wellbeing, and success.

Finding Your Gold
Finding Your Gold expands on the Internal Emotional Intelligence (above) concepts with a focus on developing an aligned, powerful, focused, mindful psychology that leverages our emotional nature towards creating a life that fits who we are.

Sometimes this means making new action choices. Often it means relinquishing older, tired habits of thought, belief and choice, and bringing a new perspective to the life we have.
